Thank you very much for your interest in registering as a Seller for PATA Travel Mart 2012. Please study the following information carefully before completing and submitting the online Seller registration form.
Booth type
1. Standard shell scheme
You must contract at least 9 sqm (3m x 3m) booth space. The standard shell scheme consists of wall partition, fascia name, one table and four chairs, fluorescent light, power socket and carpet. The booth space is offered with two options: with or without pre-matched appointments with Buyers. We recommend strongly that Sellers wishing to make important business contacts with Buyers select the pre-matched appointments option.
2. Raw space
You must contract at least 18 sqm (3m x 6m) booth space. Please note that, if you take this option, you must make arrangements to build up your own booth. Again, booth space is offered with two options: with or without pre-matched appointments with Buyers. We recommend strongly that Sellers wishing to make important business contacts with Buyers select the pre-matched appointments option.
Seller delegate registration
- A maximum of three (3) delegates are allowed in each 9 sqm booth. Attendance by the primary Seller is compulsory and he/she is entitled to one set of pre-matched appointments with Buyers if requested.

Delegates registered with their NTOs (country pavilions) are requested to complete the registration forms as well. There are 2 options to offer;
1. Country Pavilion - Option A: NTOs are responsible for space fee and 1st seller delegate registration.
2. Country Pavilion - Option B: NTOs are only responsible for space fee. Seller delegate fees are on seller expenses.
Pre-matched appointments criteria
The pre-matched appointment system is based upon three criteria: By mutual request, at the Buyer’s request and at the Seller’s request.
Booth allocation
Seller organisations are assigned booths based on their geographic region. The allocation is based upon ‘first come-first served’ basis and is also subject to PATA approval.

Remark :
- Returning seller organisations enjoy a loyalty discount of up to 15%
- Book early to enjoy preferred space allocation and priority in matching process
Payment
Payment can be made by cheque, bank draft or bank transfer and must be in US Dollars and payable to "Pacific Asia Travel Association"

All payments must be made within two (2) weeks after the submission of the application forms.
Registration deadline
The registration deadline for pre-matched appointments is June 30, 2012. Any registration received after this date will not enjoy the benefit of pre-matched appointment with Buyers.
